The
Villa
This large
villa (2750 sq ft overall) is luxuriously furnished in a co-ordinated
colour scheme and equipped down to the last towel. The spacious
kitchen has everything you need, and all the equipment is
American – made, so you know it’s big and efficient!
The villa is air – conditioned throughout, and the ceramic
tiled floors in the main living space provide a cool environment
even on the hottest day.
Our villa comfortably sleeps 8 people
and features an open plan living room, family room, kitchen
and dining room – leading directly onto a furnished covered
patio and swimming pool which includes luxury sun loungers,
two tables with matching chairs and sun shade umbrellas and
of course, the all important bar-b-que. The pool area enjoys
an extended deck for spacious sunbathing and socialising.
Meals can be enjoyed outside – overlooking the stunning
view of the lake and conservation area.
 
The family room features a 26”
television with 80 channels, VCR and small selection of videos
for that relaxing night in front of the TV. For a quieter
moment, there is a separate luxurious lounge area.
 
The fully equipped kitchen includes
oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A generous
supply of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils
are provided, making it easy for those evenings when you want
eat at home.
A separate utility room provides washing
machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
 
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated
with a king-size bed, cable television and patio doors leading
directly on to the pool area. The exceptionally large en-suite
bathroom includes jacuzzi Roman bath, separate shower, large
walk-in closet and double sink vanity area.
 
The second
master bedroom, at the front of the house contains a queen-sized
bed, walk-in closet and its own private bathroom. The first
twin room is brightly decorated and overlooks the pool and
lake area.
 
The second twin room is Disney themed
for the enjoyment of the children with both twin rooms sharing
a family bathroom (which is also accessed from the pool area).
